Marshals Arrest One Of State's Ten Most Wanted Fugitives

One of the Texas Department of Public Safety's Ten Most Wanted Fugitives is in custody. The U.S. Marshals Lone Star Fugitive Task Force arrested 34-year-old Richard Banda of Pearsall on December 2nd. Banda was placed on the most-wanted list in October. He was convicted of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon in 2014 and has since been in trouble for parole violation. He was also wanted in Frio County for two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. The task force arrested Banda at a home in Dilley
