Closing arguments are underway in a federal trial to figure out how much the government owes the victims and families of the Sutherland Springs church massacre. The court has found that the Air Force was 60% liable for the 2017 mass shooting that killed 26 people and wounded many more. After Devin Kelley threatened mass violence while in the Air Force, the service failed to enter his name into a national database to prevent him from buying a gun. Three-dozen families of the victims are plaintiffs in the lawsuit.
