A mistrial is being declared in the trial of an accused North Texas serial killer. A Dallas County district judge made the decision this afternoon after the jury said they were hopelessly deadlocked at 11-1. Prosecutors say Billy Chemirmir killed Lu Harris in 2018 before stealing her jewelry. Defense attorneys didn't present a case only arguing there was “reasonable doubt.” Then Kenyan is also accused in at least 17 other murders.
