Bond Announced For Accused Houston School Shooter

A judge says the suspected shooter at YES Prep Southwest Secondary on Friday was targeting somebody other than the man he wounded. In a court hearing on Sunday, the judge said 25-year-old Dexter Kelsey, a former student at the school, intended to shoot a woman on the staff he'd held a grudge against since 2015. Instead, Kelsey reportedly wounded the school's principal, Eric Espinoza. The judge set a five-million-dollar bond for aggravated assault of a public servant, plus another 250-thousand-dollars for firing a gun at a building.
