A former Bexar County Juvenile Detention officer is under arrest on excessive force accusations. The Sheriff's Office says Ramon Montanya broke the teen's shoulder in 2019 at the detention center. There's apparently video of Montanya pulling the then 13-year-old's arm behind his back then hyperextending it. Warrants were issued in April, but Montanya wasn't arrested until this afternoon.
