A man celebrating his birthday was killed in a hit-and-run wreck. San Antonio Police say the man in his 40s had gone to the Dragon Sports Bar to celebrate. When he left the bar in the 1300 block of Bandera Road he tried to walk across the street and was hit by a vehicle. He died at the scene. The driver of the vehicle fled the scene. Police are investigating.
