More than 150 Houston Methodist Hospital employees are out of a job after refusing to get vaccinated against the coronavirus. A spokesperson for Houston Methodist said effective Tuesday, 153 employees either quit or were terminated. Houston Methodist was the first hospital to mandate its employees to get vaccinated or face termination. About 120 employees filed a lawsuit in late May, arguing they were being forcibly made into "human guinea pigs."
