A trial is underway for a San Antonio man accused of stalking his estranged wife's boss. 40-year-old Bobby Martinez entered a not-guilty plea to a felony charge of stalking. He was accused in 2019 of stalking his wife's boss because he believed the two women were having an affair. The reported victim testified that she lives with her boyfriend and their five kids. She says Martinez turned up dozens of times at her home and the Sonic where she works, threatening to kill her. If convicted, Martinez could go to prison for ten-years.
