Texas Senate Approves Expansion Of Medical Marijuana Program

The medical marijuana program in Texas could be expanding soon. The Texas Senate has passed a bill making all cancer patients eligible for the program, along with Texans that have chronic pain and debilitating medical conditions. It also raises the limit of T-H-C in the marijuana to one percent by weight. The bill is now headed back to the House for final approval before it goes to the Governor's desk.
