Rangers, Globe Life Field No Longer Require Masks

The Rangers are no longer requiring masks to be worn at Globe Life Field. The Rangers and its affiliates do not require vaccination to attend games and the club is the first to make the decision to lift the mask mandate within the park shortly after the CDC announced that fully vaccinated people no longer need to wear masks indoors or outdoors. The team says that mask wearing is still recommended when not actively eating or drinking. MLB informed all 30 teams Thursday that its minimum policy of requiring face coverings for attendees was eliminated and that the league would defer to state and local authorities.
