Southwest Flying Out Of Bush Intercontinental For First Time Since 2005

Bush Intercontinental Airport and Southwest Airlines held a ribbon-cutting ceremony today to celebrate the carrier's return to the airport. As of today, Southwest will begin passenger flights at Bush Intercontinental for the first time in 16-years. Southwest will operate 15 daily nonstops to five destinations from the airport's Terminal A. The flights will go to and from Dallas Love Field, Chicago Midway Airport, Denver, Nashville, and New Orleans. Some of the one-way fares will be as low as 29-dollars. Southwest's operations at Hobby Airport will remain the same.
