Texas To Receive More Than 1 Million Doses Of Coronavirus Vaccine

Texas is expecting a shipment of more than a million doses of the coronavirus vaccine this week. Around 245,000 of them will be the single-dose Johnson & Johnson vaccine. Texas providers have administered more than six million doses so far, and more than two million people are fully vaccinated. Those currently eligible include Texans age 65 and older, those with pre-existing medical conditions, health care workers, and long-term care residents and staff.
