More than a dozen Texas mayors are demanding answers from the head of the state's power grid about the days-long energy crisis that left millions without power. San Antonio Mayor Ron Nirenberg says the state went, in the middle of the night, from barely a warning about power problems to a critical level that required blackouts. The mayors sent a letter calling out the "protocols and policies" set forth by ERCOT. Today, the head of the power grid will appear before several state legislative hearings, which are looking for answers as well.
