The city of San Antonio will launch an emergency resource call center and website today to help residents affected by the winter storm. Residents can either call 311 and select option-five, or 210-207-6000. The call center will be open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Call takers will walk residents through the disaster assistance programs offered by FEMA, the Small Business Administration, and the new Community Pipe Repair Fund run by SAWS. Online assistance is available at strongertogether.sanantonio.gov.
