Millions of Texans remain without power due to rolling blackouts. At 8 a.m. more than 300,000 customers were without power. CPS Energy President Paula Gold-Williams said the outages could continue for the next 24 hours, and possibly longer. The blackouts were initiated by ERCOT after record-high energy usage due to the winter storm started overworking the state's energy grid. CPS said hours-long outages may not be caused by the blackouts but an unrelated issue.
