Activists are rallying outside the Texas Attorney General's Office calling for the resignation of Attorney General Ken Paxton. Volunteer ACLU of Texas, Texas Office of Public Citizen, and Texas Campaign for the Environment say Paxton isn't fit for office due to his involvement in last week's MAGA rally in Washington, DC. Protesters later stormed the U.S. Capitol resulting in five deaths. They also cited his lawsuits challenging last year's presidential election. The group wants the Texas Legislature to impeach Paxton if he won't step down.
