The Texas Department of State Health Services tells COVID-19 vaccination sites to use up all their doses. DSHS Commissioner Doctor John Hellerstedt made the statement yesterday to every location that has received the vaccine doses. Doctor Hellerstedt said all locations "must immediately vaccinate healthcare workers" as well as those over 65 with underlying health conditions. He said, "No vaccine should be kept in reserve."
