U.S. Representative Louie Gohmert is taking legal action aimed at getting the Vice President to overturn the 2020 election results. Gohmert's effort has to do with giving the Vice President the ability to resolve disputed elector issues. Eleven electors from Arizona are named as plaintiffs in the suit. The suit calls on Pence to object to some state's electors. Pence presides over the Congressional session on January 6th to count and certify the votes from the electoral college's state electors.
