A man is in police custody and accused of the murder and dismemberment of a woman in San Antonio. Bexar County Sheriff Javier Salazar says officers arrested 26-year-old Rafael Castillo in Brownsville. Work crews were cleaning an illegal dumping area last month when they found the partial remains of 31-year-old Nicole Perry wrapped in a tarp. Salazar says Castillo and Perry had an argument at a home on West Harlan that ended when he killed her with an ax or hatchet. Investigators haven't found all of Perry's body yet.
