Federal Judge Tosses Suit Over Texas Drive-Through Voting

A federal judge is tossing a lawsuit over drive-through voting in Texas. The judge ruled today several Republicans who sued over the votes in Harris County did not have standing. The suit claimed Harris County was violating the state election code by allowing drive-through voting. Around 127,000 people in the county have already voted. The Texas Supreme Court tossed a similar lawsuit yesterday.
