Loteria is a traditional game of chance played with a deck of cards, each featuring a picture with a caption in Spanish. The Whataburger-themed Loteria game includes 36 cards with captions like "El Taquito" and "La Doble U." Hispanic Heritage Month started on September 15th and ends on Thursday.
