San Antonio police say Two 13-year-olds, a boy and a girl, have been charged with murder in the shooting death of a man who was sleeping.
The victim, Rene Ray Rodriguez Jr. was shot at a home on Lasses Boulevard yesterday morning.
Investigators said Rodriguez was found by his father and there appeared to be no sign of forced entry.
The names of the suspects have not been released due to their age.
