VIA Metropolitan Transit is announcing the death of one of its bus drivers from the coronavirus. In a Facebook post on Monday, the transit company said Harvey Fauria died last Thursday. Fauria had worked for VIA for five-years. VIA is asking its riders to help keep transit workers and other frontline personnel safe by observing pandemic safety precautions.
