AG Paxton Files Appeal To Stop Harris County Mail-In Ballot Applications

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton is trying to stop mail-in ballot applications from being to all Harris County voters. A judge on Friday rejected an injunction banning the ballots from being sent out, but Paxton wants the 14th Court of Appeals to step in and prevent that. He claims the county would be "walking" voters into committing a crime by potentially sending applications to ineligible voters. Paxton says Harris County has until 9 a.m. today to respond.
