Metro Health officials are reporting 46,913 cases of coronavirus in Bexar County since the pandemic began. The total includes 250 new cases that were reported on Wednesday. Officials also reported 13 news deaths, bringing the county's death toll to 835. The number of coronavirus hospitalizations in the county continues to decline, and is now 356. More than 43,000 patients have recovered.
