Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo on Thursday said the matter is under discussion. Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner said the time for an announcement on the matter hasn't yet come. Also on Thursday, President Donald Trump laid out some guidelines to get the nation's economy moving again. Governor Gregg Abbott is scheduled to make his plans for the state known in an announcement today.
