Bexar County sheriff's deputies say a high-speed chase reached speeds of up to 110 mph before the truck they were chasing hit a guardrail and wrecked near JBSA-Lackland.

The suspect then fled on foot down Acme Road before being taken into custody after jumping off an overpass onto Highway 90.

The suspect suffered serious injuries. No one else was hurt. Deputies say the chase began as they responded to a domestic violence call.
