Stocks Falling For A Sixth Straight Trading Session


The Dow Jones Industrial Average is ending the day down more than 1,190 points, marking the biggest single day point drop in history. It's the sixth straight day of losses on Wall Street amid fears of the coronavirus spread. The 10-year Treasury yield dropped to a record level for the third straight day as investors look for a safe place to put their money. And the government reported first-time jobless claims are on the rise. At the closing bell, the Dow was down 11-91 points to 25,767. The S&P 500 fell 138 points to 2,979. The Nasdaq lost 414 points to 8,566.
