A federal judge is again putting a stop to an Austin company's online publication of instructions how to make 3D printed guns. The Trump administration had agreed last year to allow Defense Distributed to publish the gun blueprints online. Washington and 19 other states sued challenging the agreement. U.S. District Judge Robert Lasnik in Seattle, who had earlier barred the online activity, voided the agreement on Tuesday. He ruled that the administration hadn't reported the agreement to Congress, as the law requires.
