FEMA is shifting resources to reflect changes in Hurricane Dorian's path. Deputy FEMA Administrator Daniel Kaniewski says the Category 4 storm is now expected to impact Georgia or South Carolina stronger than originally anticipated. As a result, some federal supplies, equipment and other resources are being repositioned further up the coast. Kaniewski says the biggest challenge now is making sure Americans remain vigilant. Millions of people are being urged to stockpile supplies for at least a week.
