The Texas mother of the "Affluenza teen" is behind bars again, this time for failing a drug test. A judge revoked the bond for Tonya Couch after she failed a urinalysis test. It's the third time the 52-year-old mother of convicted drunk driving killer Ethan Couch has been locked up. She's awaiting trial on charges of money laundering and hindering apprehension of a fugitive. Her son's case made national headlines when his attorney argued Ethan was so spoiled by wealthy parents that he didn't know right from wrong at the age of 16.
