Aspire Fertility: Dr. Francisco Arredondo

Dr. Francisco Arredondo is a respected and experienced clinician with over 20 years of experience in fertility care. Working closely with our Lab Director, he will plan and oversee the entire fertility process, maintain a relationship with each patient’s OB/GYN, and incorporate his own patient-centric approach into Aspire’s mission to create a better fertility experience for each and every patient.

Dr. Arredondo attended Medical School at Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Studies, where he graduated first in his class and earned the distinction as the Best Medical Student in the Nation. He completed his Residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio and his Fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Arredondo is Board Certified in both Reproductive Endocrinology and Obstetrics and Gynecology. After his clinical training, he obtained a Masters in Healthcare Management at Harvard University, giving him an important new perspective on effective health care delivery.

Dr. Arredondo is fanatical about ensuring every individual has a world-class patient experience. In 2007 he followed his passion and founded his own fertility practice in San Antonio Texas, with the goal of helping individuals achieve their dreams of having a family. He emphasized a simplified and individualized approach in his treatments—bearing in mind each couple’s specific social, medical, financial, and emotional circumstances—and he brings this philosophy with him to the Aspire team. Dr. Arredondo has presented research findings and scientific data at both national and international meetings. He recently co-authored the book Finding you InFertility, a step by step guided workbook to help couples cope with the emotional aspect of their fertility journey.

“I built my practice on the concept of transformation: meeting each patient wherever they are today and successfully guiding them along their path to parenthood. My philosophy has always been, “today you, tomorrow a family”.
