Serial Bomber Says He's Not Sorry In Recorded Video Confession

Austin

The Texas serial bombing suspect apparently felt no remorse for killing two people and injuring five others in a series of attacks in the Austin area.  According to the "Austin American-Statesman," Mark Conditt said "I wish I were sorry but I'm not" in a cell phone recording left behind for police.  The paper quotes sources close to the investigation as saying Conditt described himself as a "pyschopath" with a disturbed childhood.  The 23-year-old suspected bomber also vowed to blow himself up inside a crowded McDonald's if police were getting too close.  Authorities found the 25-minute recording inside the Conditt's car after he set-off a bomb killing himself yesterday.  It gave no motive for the bombings.
