A 15-thousand-dollar reward is being offered by the governor of Texas for information leading to an arrest of whoever's behind a series of package bombs. Three bombs have detonated in Austin, two today and one about ten days ago. The blasts have killed two people and injured two more. Police believe all the bombs are connected. They're urging Austin residents to call 9-1-1 if they receive an unexpected package.
