UPDATE: San Antonio Police say the 18 month old boy who was kidnapped Sunday has been found safe in the back seat of the Tundra truck in Guadalupe County. The suspect shot himself and is in grave condition.

Police are looking for a 37 year old man they say murdered the mother of his two year old son and kidnapped the boy, News Radio 1200 WOAI reports.
The suspect, identified as Richard Concepcion, shot the woman to death this morning at her home on Arbor Bluff, which is located near Culebra and Prue Roads on the northwest side.
An AMBER alert was issued for the boy, 18 month old Aaron, and the suspects white Toyota truck, license number GH58MH.
