A delivery man was shot as he was driving his truck down Fredericksburg Rd. near Loop 410 about 2:30 this morning, News Radio 1200 WOAI reports
.Police say the man, in his 30s, had just made a delivery to the 7-11 store at Loop 410 and Vance Jackson and was on his way to make another delivery.
As he drove on Fredericksburg, he saw a black SUV pass him going in the opposite direction. The SUV then suddenly made U-turn, pulled up next to him, and somebody in the vehicle fired one shot.
He was taken to the hospital in stable condition.
The SUV sped away and police are trying to sort it all out.
