EMS Personnel Praised For Response To Church Shooting

Emergency medical personnel in San  Antonio are being praised for their quick actions to save victims of  yesterday's shooting at a church in Sutherland Springs.  Dr. Brian  Eastridge of UT Health San Antonio said EMS crews undoubtedly saved  lives as they transported heavily wounded people to various hospitals.  He said four kids and five adults were taken to his hospital, and one of the children died.  The shooting left at least 26 people dead and 20 others injured.
