Houston Mayor Putting Out Call For Boats, Rescue Vehicles

Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner says there's a great need for boats and high-water rescue trucks that can get to flood victims.  The mayor says flooding is widespread, covering every quadrant of the city.  He says that since midnight local time, the city has conducted two-thousand water rescues.  The mayor says they're trying to get to flood victims in a timely fashion.  The mayor says the flooding covers the city, Harris County and beyond.
