The governor of Texas is telling storm victims to have a plan and be ready to evacuate if ordered to do so. Governor Greg Abbott tells CNN's "State of the Union" residents in the Houston-area should listen to all warnings. He's urging people to stay off the roads. Abbott says the weather predictions are the rain will continue to make the flooding in the Houston region worse than Hurricane Allison ten years ago. Abbott says he's talked to President Trump several times and he's getting everything that's needed to aid flood victims. All assets from FEMA have been triggered to aid in the flood disaster.
