US, South Korea Hold Missile Launch Following North Korea Test

North Korea map

The U.S. and South Korea are making a  show of force following North Korea's intercontinental ballistic missile  test.  American and South Korean military forces held a joint ballistic  missile exercise to send a warning to the North.  The two allies fired  their own missiles into the Sea of Japan.  North Korea fired its first  ICBM that U.S. military officials say has a range of at least 35-hundred  miles, making it capable of reaching Alaska.  North Korea claims it can  put a large nuclear warhead on that type of missile.
