Prosecutors in Pennsylvania say they plan to retry Bill Cosby on sexual assault charges after a judge declared a mistrial in the case. Jurors were deadlocked as they began a sixth day of deliberations on three felony charges against the 79-year-old entertainer. In a note to the judge this morning, the jury said they were hopelessly deadlocked on all counts. Cosby is accused of drugging and sexually assaulting Andrea Constand at his home in Philadelphia in 2004.
