South Korea Says North Test Fired Ballistic Missile

North Korea has carried out another ballistic missile test.  South Korean  officials say the missile launched today traveled over 300 miles before  falling into the Sea of Japan.  The announcement comes after Pyongyang  launched a ballistic missile earlier this month that it said was capable  of carrying a large nuclear warhead.  Just last Monday, the UN Security  Council again called on the isolated communist nation not to carry out  further testing.
