A 40 year old man was shot and killed as he was attempting to climb into an East Side home through a window, News Radio 1200 WOAI reports.
It happened on Aspen Farm, which is off Foster Road, at about 2 PM.
Police on the scene told 1200 WOAI the woman inside the hone grabbed a pistol and fired two rounds, hitting the man in the neck.
He staggered toward his car that was parked outside but collapsed on the sidewalk, where he was found by passersby.
He was rushed to BAMC, where he was pronounced dead.
Police dont know if the man knew the woman, who was not hurt.
