A 28 year old New Braunfels man is facing twenty years in prison after being arrested for allegedly sending 'sexually explicit' text messages to a 13 year old boy, News Radio 1200 WOAI reports.
Police say the boy's mom saw the text messages and notified police, who obtained a search warrant for Blaine Gunter's residence on East Torrey Street.
When found enough evidence to arrest Gunter on a charge of online solicitation of a minor (under the age of 14), which is a 2nd Degree Felony
.He is held on $75,000 bond.
