San Antonio Restaurant Employee Stabs Delivery Driver Mistaken For Thief

A teenage Jack in the Box employee is in custody and accused of stabbing a trucker making a delivery. San Antonio police responded around 5 a.m. Thursday to the reported stabbing at the restaurant on Culebra Road at Callaghan Road. Investigators say the employee mistook 32-year-old Clinton Artzt for a thief and stabbed him once in the stomach. Artzt is recovering at a local hospital. Police arrested 17-year-old Joel Perez for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
