A Texas-based bus company is suing the city of Chicago for passing new regulations concerning busloads of illegal immigrants. Governor Greg Abbott's Operation Lone Star border security initiative hired Wynne Transportation to take the migrants north to "sanctuary cities," including Chicago. In response, Chicago has passed rules limiting where and when they can be dropped off and fining companies that don't comply. The federal lawsuit claims the new regulations are unconstitutional and discriminatory.
