San Antonio Fire Department Chief Charles Hood is reportedly being forced to retire after allegedly making vulgar comments to women. Hood has been the head of the department since April 2007. San Antonio City Manager Erik Walsh issued a statement late Wednesday that said Hood's retirement follows an investigation that confirmed he had made inappropriate and offensive comments in violation of city ordinances and Fire Department rules.
