Texas school districts will not be switching to an A-through-F rating system anytime soon. The state's Education Agency is not able to release the new system due to a lawsuit. A coalition of districts filed suit against Commissioner Mike Morath, saying the new standards would be used to retroactively change old ratings. A Travis County judge agreed and granted the temporary injunction on Thursday.
