The Rangers overcame an early exit from Max Scherzer to record their fourth straight win. Texas defeated the Toronto Blue Jays 6-3 at the Rogers Centre. Scherzer recorded his 13th win after tossing five-and-a-third scoreless frames before being pulled due to a right triceps spasm. Corey Seager led the way at the plate, going 3-for-4 with an RBI and a pair of runs scored. Robbie Grossman hit his ninth home run of the season as Texas improved to 80-and-64. Left-hander Jordan Montgomery will take the mound tonight opposite Toronto southpaw Yusei Kikuchi.
