Federal officials are warning drivers about possible traffic delays at the border this weekend. U.S. Customs and Border Protections says shoppers from Mexico will be traveling into Texas beginning Friday to take advantage of the state's tax-free back-to-school weekend. The state lifts sales taxes once a year to help increase the affordability of back-to-school supplies, clothing and other items. C-B-P says cross-border travelers should build additional time into their plans due to anticipated traffic.
